I am Sara Delshad Jahan. I am a teacher and a blogger. Throughout my life I have a passion for educating and helping people, how to keep fit and remain happy. Fitness and happiness are intimately related with each other .Without fitness or people having disease or disable people, cannot enjoy the sight , sound , or ethos of life or even can enjoy any thing in this world. So one can say that fitness is happiness. Though happiness depends upon many things but the most essential things is fitness .It is a matter of regret that many people do not know what is fitness, how to keep body fit and how to remain happy. Though it is not easy but is it really tough? No, not at all. If we are a bit alert, we can posses a good health. So every body should know at least a few tips about how to keep a good health and remain happy. If people visit my blog and learn something, definitely they will get a benefit.
