GROW SOME GOOD HABITS AFTER SURVIVING FROM A HEART ATTACK.

Now a days heart attack is very common in this civilized society. People of all age may be attacked. Many of them are in their middle age and are quite capable of doing work. But after a heart attack there is a massive change in the rhythm of life both in family and in working place. People must be cautious and have a control over their heart not to allow their heart to control upon them. Some good habits may help you to spend the rest of the life peacefully after a heart attack.

IT MAY BE A HEART ATTACK.


 1. Say good by to smoking forever. You will get rid of bad effect of smoking after leaving smoking for 5 years. Never take alcohol. Try to avoid low fiber diet and fast food. Never add extra salt to your diet. Do not take unnecessary drugs with out consulting to your physician.

SAY GOOD BY TO SMOKING.



NEVER TOUCH ALCOHOL AGAIN.









DO NOT USE UNNECESSARY DRUGS.


AVOID FAST FOOD.



 2. While working at office do not pay any attention to the nearby hotel or restaurant during lunch break. Try to control yourself. Bring your lunch which must be healthy from home. If you need something to eat in the middle of work then you may have some fruits and nuts.

TAKE HIGH FIBER AND LAW FAT DIET


 3. Keep your blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, weight in normal range and forget whatever it was before. Now after word is the important thing. If there is any change or any problem do not hesitate to go to your physician and do according to his advice.

 4. Do free hand exercise after 4 months of heart attack. Among them walking is the most beneficial. Do it every day.


WALKING IS A GOOD EXERCISE.
 

5. Many people become depressed after a heart attack and they think that they will never come back to a normal life. Depression has a great negative influence upon your mental health which ultimately causes another heart attack. Try to maintain a normal happy life with your relatives in your family and colleague in your office. Forget about past because past is past.

BE HAPPY WITH YOUR FAMILY


 Heart attack is a common matter. So do not think that you have collapsed totally. If luckily you can overcome with the disaster and after that can grow the above good habits you can spend the rest of the life peacefully.
