CONSTIPATION: The embarrassing situation in the toilet.


Constipation means hard stool, difficult passing stool and a condition in which there is difficulty in emptying the bowels.
The root cause of piles, anal bleeding and anal fissure is constipation.
There are so many causes of constipation .If we are aware of it we can easily overcome these situation. So we should know the common causes and as well as the solution also.

(1)If people consume low fiber diet they will have it. Adult people should take 30 gm fiber diet every day. Different types of fruits and vegetables, whole grain rice, whole grain bread, bran cereal, whole wheat pasta, seeds, oats, prunes, raisins are the rich source of fiber diet. Taking excess of dairy product is also one of the causes. Avoid fast food because these are high in fat and low in fiber.

AVOID EXCESS DAIRY PRODUCTS

 
(2)Force to bowel movement and ignore to nature’s call is another cause. Whenever there is an urge try to go to the toilet. You may try a different position in the toilet. Bring your knees as close as to your chest and this increase the pressure on your bowels which ease the passage of stool.

(3)Abuse of medicated and herbal laxative cause constipation. Because these can absorbed fluid from the body and causes dehydration and as result constipation occur. Lemon water and triphala water may show a good result .Drink it after dinner and you will get the result in the morning.
(4) Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, hypothyroidism, pregnancy, stress ,intake of antacid, calcium
,aluminum may cause constipation .Try to consult to your doctor when you suffer any of these problem. Try to avoid smoking and caffeine  as early as possible.

(5)Passing inactive life is another cause. Walking, swimming, jogging, yoga can help you .So do any of the exercise daily at least for 10 minute.


DRINK PURE WATER EVERY DAY

(6) Finally take 2 liter of pure drinking water every day. If you are constipated or the weather is too hot and you sweated a lot then take 2 glass of water in addition.

HOW TO ENJOY A SOUND SLEEP

There is a proverb “Early to rise and early to bed ,is good for health and wealth”. That means people who go to bed early can enjoy a sound sleep and can rise early to do many things which are good for health and wealth. But in this busy life sincerely speaking that people can not maintain a perfect daily routine which includes bed time also. To keep a good health sound sleep is essential which has some preparation.


ALL OF THEM ARE ENJOYING SOUND SLEEP


 (1) Try to go to bed every day at the same time.
 (2) Do not go to bed just after dinner because during sleeping time the rate of every physiological process is reduced and it abrupt complete digestion also.
(3) Every day try to wake up at the same time also.
(4) Do not read book or newspaper just before sleeping .Try to complete reading long before sleeping.
(5) Keep the room dark while sleeping .Do not sleep in a well lighted room or even in a deem lighted room. Keep the room silent also.

 (6) Do not keep unnecessary things on your bed . It will disturb your sleeping.
 (7) Comb your hair with a hair brass thoroughly. It will help the blood circulation of your scalp which ultimately help you to fall into a deep asleep.

(8) Before go to bed brasses your teeth properly and then gurgle with warm saline water which will keep your mouth fresh and healthy and help you to enjoy a sound sleep.

(9) Wear loose cotton dress while sleeping. Do not wear silk or synthetic and tight dress while sleeping.
