Martial art is a high quality aerobic exercise. It is famous throughout the world as an art, sports and a technique of self-defense. People of all age can do the exercise but those who have problem in heart and backbone are advised not to do this.

People can get some good result from martial art if they do it properly and regularly.
1.   Muscles of the entire body are used here in different degree which increase the energy, balance and the flexibility of muscle.

are reduce after doing martial art.

CHANGE IN NAIL : WARNING TO YOUR HEALTH




Nails, one of the most beautiful part of a human body, whatever the size are, looks very beautiful when they are healthy. Poets have written so many poems about the beauty of the nail and finger. But what will happen when the nail is cracked or changed in shape and color. It is sure that one will feel embarrassed to expose their ugly nails to other people. On the other hand one may feel proud of one’s healthy , beautiful and pinkish nails. It is said that nails are a very good reflection of health. In fact it is the window of health  condition. So everybody should take care of nails, and should know what does it mean ilf there is any change in nails whether in shape or in color. Is it a warning to health? Let us know about the change which indicate any disorder of health.

HEALTHY, STRONG AND  BEAUTIFUL NAILS


Here are some change in nail and the indicator of health problem.
1.   White nail :-It indicates  that the person is suffering from liver disease such as hepatitis.
2.   Yellow nail:-It indicates that the person is suffering from lung disease.
3.   Half white and half pink:- It indicate that the person is suffering from kidney disease.
4.   Red nail :- It indicates that the person is suffering from heart disease.
5.   Pale color in nail :- It indicates that the person is suffering from malnutrition.
6.   Blue nail :- It indicates that the person is suffering from lack of oxygen in blood circulation.
7.   Black nail :-It indicates that the person is suffering from strong anemia.
8.   Green nail :-It indicates that the person having bacterial infection in nail which is due  allergy to some washing detergent.
9.   Reddish brown :- It indicates the diffidence of folic acid, protein and vitamin C.
10.                     White spot on nail:- Some people have wrong idea that it is a symbol of fortune if there is white spot on their nails. It is absolutely  wrong idea. White spot indicates  that the person is suffering from lack of zinc and iron.
11.                     If there are brown spots on nail it indicates psoriasis.

PITTING NAILS
12.                     Pitting nail :- If some small holes  are found on the surface of the nail than it is called pitting nail and it mainly indicates alopecia, the fall of hair.

CLUBBING NAILS
13.                     Clubbing nail:- When the nails are abnormally curved then it is called clubbing nail. It indicates  bowel disorder and some other gastrointestinal disease.

SPOON NAIL
14.                     Spoon nail:- If finger nail curved inward like a spoon than it is called spoon nail. It indicates iron efficiency which causes anemia.
15.                     Finger nail ridges :- If ridges run horizontally on the nail than it indicates vitamin and mineral deficiency as well as general malnutrition or other  illness.

MEE'S LINE ON NAIL
16.                     Mee’s line nail :- If white lines appear in the nail it is called mee’s line nail. It indicates poisoning by arsenic or any other heavy metal.
17.                     Nail separate from nail bed:- It is due to thyroid disorder and drug reaction
How to keep a healthy nail.
(1)           Use thick moisturizer regularly. Do not use any moisturizer which is allergic to your nail.
(2)           If the nail is brittle due to excessive dish washing or swimming then use lotion containing alpha hydroxyl acid.

(3)           If brittle is due to iron deficiency then you may take biotin which is a natural supplement and will keep your nail strong .But remember it should be taken only according to the advice of your physician.

HALITOSIS: The bad breath.



Halitosis is an unpleasant odor of the mouth. It is an embarrassing condition experience by millions of people throughout the world. At first people does not know about it but when anybody come into close contact with the sufferer, it is diagnosed.

EXPERIENCE OF BAD BREATH.

The causes of halitosis are very simple and the solutions are as well as also But as we are not aware of it we often fall into such embarrassing situation
Some causes of halitosis are as follow:-


STRONG SMELLING FOOD LIKE GARLIC.
1.Food is the primary source of this disease. Eating strong smelling food such as garlic, onion fish, meat, spicy food ,huge amount of diary product etc are some root cause.
2. Poor oral hygiene is another cause. When people eat strong smelling food it may leave a smell for some time. If people do not brush teeth immediately after taking this type of food then the food may stuck in the teeth and not only that it also can grow bacteria which ultimately causes halitosis .It is a  wrong idea that one should brush teeth only. Everybody should brush the tongue also .

CIGARETTE IS THE ROOT CAUSE.




YOU MUST QUIT CHEWING TOBACCO.

3. Smoking cigarette and chewing tobacco can leave chemical that remain in the mouth and help bad breath.

Besides sinus infection, pneumonia, sore throat, acid reflux, lactose intolerance, some liver and kidney disease, white coat of the tongue may associated with bad breath.
The treatment is depend upon the cause of the disease.
1.    Brush and floss your teeth regularly and properly. An inter dental brass may be used to clean your teeth perfectly. Do not forget to brush your tongue at the same time.

HOW TO RECOVER FROM CRACKED HEEL

Cracked heels are a common problem that are often referred to as heel fissure. People of all age may suffer but it is specially     found in old age as moisture become low in course of time. People should learn the cause and as well as the solution also so that they can be proud of their beautiful legs through out their life.
Some causes of cracked heels.

CRACKED HEEL
(1)If you exert excessive pressure on sole of your feet for a long time the heels may be cracked.

OBESITY MAY BE A REASON OF CRACKED HEEL
(2)Over weight or obesity is another reason.

VEGETABLES, RICH SOURCE OF IRON AND CALCIUM
(3)Lac of nutrition such as iron, calcium, vitamin E,omega-3fatty acid and zinc has a great influence upon it.

ATHLETE  FOOT MAY BE A REASON
(4)Some medical condition such as diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, hypothyroidism, athlete foot , poor blood circulation may causes cracked heels.
Remedies of cracked heels.
(1)Do not gain excessive weight. Try to maintain a perfect weight by taking balanced diet and doing exercise regularly
