Nails, one
of the most beautiful part of a human body, whatever the size are, looks very
beautiful when they are healthy. Poets have written so many poems about the
beauty of the nail and finger. But what will happen when the nail is cracked or
changed in shape and color. It is sure that one will feel embarrassed to expose
their ugly nails to other people. On the other hand one may feel proud of one’s
healthy , beautiful and pinkish nails. It is said that nails are a very good
reflection of health. In fact it is the window of health condition. So everybody should take care of
nails, and should know what does it mean ilf there is any change in nails
whether in shape or in color. Is it a warning to health? Let us know about the

HEALTHY, STRONG AND BEAUTIFUL NAILS |
Here are
some change in nail and the indicator of health problem.
1. White nail :-It indicates that the person is suffering from liver
disease such as hepatitis.
2. Yellow nail:-It indicates that the
person is suffering from lung disease.
3. Half white and half pink:- It
indicate that the person is suffering from kidney disease.
4. Red nail :- It indicates that the
person is suffering from heart disease.
5. Pale color in nail :- It indicates
that the person is suffering from malnutrition.
6. Blue nail :- It indicates that the
person is suffering from lack of oxygen in blood circulation.
7. Black nail :-It indicates that the
person is suffering from strong anemia.

nail ridges :- If ridges run horizontally on the nail than it indicates vitamin

line nail :- If white lines appear in the nail it is called mee’s line nail. It
indicates poisoning by arsenic or any other heavy metal.

How to keep a healthy nail.

Use
thick moisturizer regularly. Do not use any moisturizer which is allergic to
your nail.
(2)
If
the nail is brittle due to excessive dish washing or swimming then use lotion
containing alpha hydroxyl acid.
